Sun - 10x10 or 10x20 booth space if desired. Name and logo on sponsor list, a thank you, and a weekly shout-out on social media. Your name and logo as sponsor on one of the workshop areas. $100
Sky - Sponsor a specific portion of the event. Maybe that's free water bottles for us to give to every participant (while supplies last) with your name/logo and ours. Maybe that's the food. Maybe it's supplies for the childrens' area, or Harvest Games, or something else. 10x10 or 10x20 booth space if desired. Name on our sponsor list, and a thank you. Minimum $250 - please contact us to discuss.

The Pagan Pride committee and Spiral Moon Family Circle are committed to promoting a positive and enjoyable community event that benefits our community and the charities we work with. We would like to invite you to be a part of this through participating in our event.
We are envisioning an in person event with workshops, vendors, entertainment, food, fellowship, and a harvest ritual. The event will be held rain or shine.

I agree that I will not hold the facilitating organization(s) of this event, or its agents, liable for any injury or loss incurred in association with this event in any way.
I agree that I am responsible for any and all complaints or concerns about intellectual property related to my participation, and that the facilitating organization(s) are not party to any legal actions that may occur due to any infringement on my part.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety, goods, and business practices.
I understand that if I bring minor children with me, I am responsible for them throughout the event - there is no babysitting available.
I understand that the event will be held rain or shine
I understand that there are no refunds for sponsorships, and that it is my responsibility to utilize the benefits my sponsorship offers - the organizers will not send multiple reminders for things that I need to submit.
I understand that in the event of an act of God (or Gods) or civil disorder or other governmental mandate which causes the inability to conduct the festival, the event will attempt to re-schedule, and agreements about what to do with sponsorships already paid will be negotiated at that time.
I agree to arrive at a reasonable time, that I cannot set up before 9 am, and that I must be ready for the event to begin at 11 am.
I understand that I am responsible for my own set up and tear down
I agree that I will not start tearing down before 6 pm, and that I will vacate the premises, leaving the park as it was before I arrived, by 9 pm, with all trash being deposited in an appropriate trash receptacle.
I understand that the park allows shade canopies, but not camping tents. I will not bring a camping style tent as part of my space, and if I do, the event organizers will expect me to remove it before opening.
I agree to promote this event and my participation in it
I agree to follow the laws of the state of Michigan and the city of Hazel Park with regards to all items sold or distributed in my booth, and that all items must be suitable for viewing by those under 18 years of age because this is a family friendly event.
I understand that the venue does NOT allow dogs unless they are service animals and that bringing an animal that is not a service animal may result in my being removed from the venue without refund.
I understand that payment must be made in full at least 10 days before the event, and that my name will not be published as a part of the event until that payment is made.
I understand that if I need accommodations, I need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before the event
I understand that there may be special promotions, donations, or other games before and during the event, and that while I am encouraged to participate, I am not required to do so
I understand that this event makes no promises regarding projected attendance or gain by participants, vendors, or sponsors.
I understand that this event has a No Drama/No Diva policy. Any violations will lead to a single warning. Repeated violators will be removed from the event. I understand that it is in the interest of the community to bring all concerns to event staff so that they may ensure a safe and orderly resolution of any conflicts.
I understand that this event reserves the right to refuse any application, and should this occur the fee will be refunded.
As sponsor, I and all those serving on behalf of my respective relatives, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators (collectively Sponsor) hereby permanently and irrevocably waives any and all actions, claims, demands, suits and proceedings of any kind shall defend, save and hold harmless the festival, associated organizations, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God(s), vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Vendors and exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Sponsors assume full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of their own property. ANY SPONSOR, VENDOR OR EXHIBITOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AND PARTICIPATES AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY.
